This project included a lighting upgraded, Building systems controls, HVAC, AHU upgrades, and installation of low flow fixtures. project engineering, scheduling, purchasing, construction supervision and safety oversight, commissioning and closeout. Delivery of design and construction phase services including the coordination of technical reviews, measurement of Design-Builder progress, and control of data associated with schedule, cost, and quality management of work and contractors. Work under and utilize ISO 9000, and LEED standards and controls.
