Managed 30 people including 7, 3 man crews across the US and it’s territories. This project was key in cost savings, life cycle management, logistics, and communications. With a $5M annual budget over 300 decommissioned facilities in 3 years, leases were terminated and restored. This resulted in a $2.8 Million savings to the FAA annually. The Government’s return on investment (ROI) was less then 2 years.
