Developed a sustainability plan which included a proposal for a 60KW PV system with a power purchase agreement, sustainable building approach, HVAC/Geothermal upgrade, lighting upgrade, water efficiency, alternative energy strategies, energy audit. Also a development plan for the new 50 and over apartment building across the street.
